The device for stacking lids

The device is used for stacking stacks from individual lids delivered from the injection molding machine.

The lids are transported from the injection molding machine via a conveyor belt and drop onto the input of the stacking device. After forming stacks, they are placed on the receiving conveyor, which can accommodate approximately 6 stacks. The number of lids in a stack can be programmed as desired.

The line is designed to enable quick and repeatable changes in lid size. The setup time for switching to a different type of lids is no longer than 10 minutes.
