The devices are used to stack stacks
from individual buckets delivered
from the production line.
Transported, individual buckets are fed to the positioning node. After positioning, the buckets are arranged in a stack (post). After forming, the vertical stacks are placed on the receiving conveyor. The number of buckets in a stack can be freely programmed.
The line is designed to enable quick and repeatable changes in bucket size. Time to changeover the line to a different type of lids. no longer than 10 minutes
